Registration BEFORE the run

1. Registration Deadline : Thursday 23rd February 2012 – No registration accepted after this date!! RUNNERS & CYCLISTS: You can register and pay at Pascal & Marie Hoyez’ office (Karim Al Zioud Street, # 8, off Medina Munawara street, between the 6th and the 7th Circle. Entrance to the left of the building, 2nd floor (tel: 06/59 30 435 – 079/562 00 46) or at Ammar Sabbah’s gym “DNA Personal Training Studio” in Abdoun, near Blue Fig Café (Tel : 06/ 592 14 49).

2. Registration fees: This year, fees cover the dinner and the event T-shirt for everyone! Download our “D2R 2012 Registration Fees” for more details.

3. Vehicles Regulations: Please download our “D2R Vehicles Regulations” and make sure to abide by them!

Cycling Instructions

Starting Point

All Solo Cyclists should be present at the starting point no later than 3:00 AM on Friday morning 02/03/2012.

All Cycling Teams should be present at the starting point no later than 3:30 AM on Friday morning 02/03/2012. At least one team member must be present to start the race. If, for any reason, no member of your team is able to be present at the official starting time, you will be granted 15 minutes in which to arrive at the starting point and begin cycling; otherwise your team will be disqualified from the race.

Helmets

HELMETS ARE MANDATORY. Any cyclist caught without wearing a helmet, whether he/she is warming up or actually racing, will be disqualified or cause his/her team to be disqualified immediately.

Running Instructions

Safety Reflective Vests:

Safety Reflective Vests must be worn by all participants from 5:00 PM Thursday 01/03/2012 until 6:30 AM Friday 02/03/2012, regardless whether you are a runner, supporter, driver, etc. Safety Reflective Vests for each participant are included in the participation fees. You may use the vest provided or any other similar item as long as it is preapproved by the Dead2Red committee.Anyone caught without a Safety Reflective Vest will cause his/her entire team to be disqualified immediately.
